Son over 18 and ILR

I have ILR.My son is 24 and on a PSW scheme.He is doing unpaid internship,and is solely depedent on m,e on finances.He is living with me.Can he apply for ILR on SET F form rules?

I happen to fall under the same category
As your son is 24 and he is a graduate so he can cater for himself only the extremest circumstances can he get it if u can prove he is entirely dependent on u then maybe
This extreme case will ve to be if he was disabled or something and as he is a graduate he can get a job with his qualifications, I have done some research on this, however if you find some info that says its possible do share as it will also be helpful to me
