Will HSMP holder have to reapply under tier 1

Post by doc123 » Wed Mar 15, 2006 9:44 am

Hallo,
Does anyone know whether those who are already having HSMP with 3years leave to remain, have to reapply in the tier 1 category or will this leave to remain carry forward till its expiry?

dont be surprised if they are required to reapply - HO is out there to make as much money as they can...
Where there is a will there is a way.

The Command Paper says that the proposal is:

75 Points for Tier-1
50 Points for Tier-2
