Pregnant wife free dental and nhs prescription

Hi,

I am on Tier 1 visa and my wife is on dependent visa. My wife is pregnant with a child currently. Can she clam:
Free dental treatment
Free prescription
Also what kind of benefits my new born baby can clam?

AIUI NHS treatment is free anyway, and prescriptions/dental care are free for pregnant women.

If you don't have at least ILR you can't claim anything for the baby, no Child Benefit.
