Regrd Application FORM VAF9 from Outside of UK (From INDIA)

Hi,

Currently i am in India.
I have Tier 1 ICT from my current employer.
I want to apply for Tier 1 General.

I am filling VRF9 form provided in website

While filling Part 1(1.1) what should i write in this block ?

as per the guideline provided on

need to refer Annex B for the list of categories available.

Can you please let me know where is Annex B mentioned ?

Annex B is in the last page of the VAF9 form.
