Its an assumption. That said, I don't think it will be fair to isolate other people who might want to post on this thread if they've already previously done so. Having seperate threads may also make it easier for people to decide what thread they want to post in. Just a thought really...DA375 wrote:Hey Beige,
Are you assuming or you are certain about it cause may be we can send a message to the admin and see what they say about it.
Please use propper english (I really hope this it not the way you talk), as your message looks more as a mobile text to me.sam-zen wrote:is taht 10 years lawfully stay ill applied igot one ccj on my recored is that ho check that recored as well plz help me.....
Hello Allbilalsco wrote:Hello All.
My application was posted on the 14th June 2010 and it was received (via special delivery) on the 15th June 2010.
The problem is I have not received my acknowledgement letter from Home Office and I'm beginning to worry a bit.
I've also called royal mail to confirm if the postal orders I paid for my application has been cashed. They confirmed this was cashed on the 17th June 2010.
How long does it usually take before they send you an acknowledgement letter? Should I be worried that I still haven't received one?
Any input you have will be much appreciated.
Thanks
I wouldn't worry about it. They've taken your money that's the main thing. It means you've passed the very initial stage. There are quite a few that are in a similar situation, some of which received their ILR before receiving their acknowledgement letter.bilalsco wrote:Hello Allbilalsco wrote:Hello All.

After 14 weeks and you've not received your ILR, give the call centre a phone and ask for your reference number.
LoL!! I thought of that one before Ah well! Its too late nowkiwigirl25 wrote:I think the trick is not to add your name to the list. People with the quick responses aren't on the list until they came here to share their surprise of receiving their ILR.
People who have been waiting soooooooooooooo long have been on the list since they applied.
That's today's theory...
