ILR problems

Post by 1273 » Wed Jul 07, 2010 5:47 am

I plead guilty by post for driving unsupervised and without L Plates. I was fined 150 pounds and 3 points taken from licence.

How does this affect my ILR application in 2 months?

I plead guilty by post, I did not go to court. I got my licence endorsed. LC30

The charge was driving a than in accordance of licence. There has not been any mention or charges relating to Insurance.

On the court papers with the ruling states: LC20 Driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence. Fined £150 and 3 points endorsed on Licence.
