tier 1 (general) highly skilled workerâ€

Post by amgadhany » Wed Jul 07, 2010 11:52 am

dear all :
currently i am planing to apply for tier 1 (general) highly skilled worker and as i want to claim points for my previous earning i was wondering if you can help me with this situation

my bank statement shows my earning as deposit not transfer from my company account as i get my salary in cash..is this consider to be an evidence side by side with letter from my employer confirming my gross and net salary for the period i provide ?

i.e;
i have two different documents

A)bank statement showing my income as deposit
B)salary authorization letter by my employer showing that i get my money in cash every month

Kind Regards

Its not a typical and clear cut case. HO asks for proof from 2 diff sources which you have, maybe they will accept if you explain this in the cover letter.

As long as all of your cash salaries were desposited into your bank account. You should be alright.

Letter from employer confirming you were paid in cash will certainly help your cause.

Just do it and you will be fine.

couple extra documents will strengthen your case:
(1) 12 months pay slips( if you are claiming 12 months) as well as employer letter which will need to match with exact ammount in your bank statement.
(2) tax documents
