Flr(M)--Tax Credit Submition

Post by tina2001 » Wed Jul 07, 2010 11:35 pm

Dear All,

I have small query. I am british citizen. And I applied FLR(M) visa for my wife. FLR(M) visa is still processing in home office. It have been nearly one month. And also I applied child benefit which has been one month. And I heard that child benefit office will give my child benefit refn number if I need it. My question is can I apply working tax credit and child tax credit now while my wife flr(m) processing in home office. Can I claim these tax credit now. We have to submit tax credit before end of july, isn’t? Otherwise I’ll lose my tax credit. Can anyone plz suggest me can I apply tax credit now while processing. We have to submit it before 31 July. PLz any one suggest me.

Thank you.

This board has a Claiming Benefits section. If you read this pinned topic you will see the technical reasons why claiming those benefits is not a problem.
