waiting time for settlement visa in New Delhi India

Hi
My wife got Discreationary leave to remain for 3 years. If she go back home and want to apply for settlement visa as a spouse of British Citizen, how long the process take?

Hi your are looking at 12 weeks, which is the suggested timeline on the VFS website

i've applied in April and Passport is ready for collection now

below is a description of my timeline
