Previous Earnings - Full Time Employee + Freelance work

Post by Sudipta BM » Thu Jul 08, 2010 9:31 am

Hi Everyone,

I am planning to apply for my Tier 1 (General) visa sometime next week from blore, india.

One clarification I needed is:

Previous Earnings:
Full Time - am working full time in a company and am going to show all the proofs like payslip/bank statement as supporting documents under this section.

Part Time - Apart from this I am a designer by profession, so I work on some freelance project sometimes on my own(i dont own a company etc, just in my name, on my own). Can I claim the money under prev earnings I earn from it? I have the work order from the person/company whom I worked for and I can provide a bank statement also.
Do I need a CA letter? If yes, what all details should it have?
Whats a sole trader? I have not registered myself or have a company registration in my name anywhere?

Please share your experience if people have got their visa by claiming their freelance/part time work as well and what documents you gave.

Please help..advice. Thanks a lot in advance.

Sue
