fund maintanence letter format confirmation

Below is the exact format of the fund maintainence letter I got from my bank. Can someone confirm whether is it ok?. (it looks ok to me, but still seeking experts opinion Smile)

The Address As per our Record Is,

Minimum balance From 05-04-2010 to Till Date

Rs. 244000( Rupees,two laks fourty four thousand only) , Equivalent to GBP 3333 ( GBP three thousand three hundrend and thirty three only)(approax), with ZZZ bank Currency exchange rate of Rs.72 for 1 GBP as on 06-07-2010


Balance as on 06-07-2010

Rs. 284000( Rupees,two laks eighty four four thousand only) , Equivalent to GBP 3944 ( GBP three thousand nine hundrend and fourty four)(approax), with ZZZ bank Currency exchange rate on Rs.72 for 1 GBP as on 06-07-2010

This Certificate is issued as per the specific request of the customer and has no risk or Liability on the part of the bank or its signing officials.
