hi,
i am going to apply for tier 1 general visa this week . i have two quieres regarding tier 1
my first pay slip is dated 25th of july which is the salery for the month of july and my last pay slip is dated 5th of july which is my salery for the month of june because my pay slips are from two different companies. one used to pay on monthly basis and second one used to pay on 4 weeks basis(28 days). and my total salery is above £41000 which i should have to claim points for my salery
so will the HO deduct my 5 days salery because i am gona write my claiming period from 6th of july 2009 to 5th of july 2010 or it will simply remove my first pay slip and count the recent 11 months salery. .what they will normaly do.
my second question is
if my application gets approved then it will be for 2 years and my ILR is due after 3 years. so can i apply for tier 1 general next year again to get the stamp for 2 years till i am eligible for ILR rather than taking risk for extention.
in other words can i switch from tier 1 general to tier 1 general and requalify again in the next year and get the stamp till my ILR is due or i can only apply for extention.
thanx
