Deception on PSW and its consequences

Post by rajamahmood85 » Sat Jul 10, 2010 11:32 am

I applied for PSW and it got refused about a year ago.I was accused of deception. My appeal is under process.
I want to know few things while having accused of deception by Home Office.

1- Can I apply for any other country immigration or not?
2-Is it a crime I committed or not?because when you fill in the form, they ask you have you been convicted of a crime?
3-What advise you will give to me knowing my situation?

I request a positve genuine and helpful response. Thanks in advance for your time.

Yes, of course, you can apply for other country's permanent resident. I have seen few Cambridge College Of Learning (CCL) students whose psw was refused due to case of deception but they have successfully immigrated to Canada between 2009-to present. They applied PR of Canada from the uk.

Regarding crime just use your common sense I am reluctant to post. CCL students did fill up the application form as well and they got police clearance certificates too which is a crucial document for Canada's immigration. If you apply for police clerance certificate I do not think so you will be identified as a criminal. In addition, home office said that your certificate was fake. But they are unable to prove that. Your case is still pending.Just guess what i want to say.

Good luck.
