Reference letter from your employers, outlining your job responsibilities, start and end dates and if the job was full time or not (if part time, number of hours worked per week/month/etc).

Contracts, payslips may also be used to show job responsibilities and length of employment.

Note that job responsibilities on letters/contract must include those that are listed under the occupation that you are applying under.
