Hi,

I'm a non EU immigrant currently in UK on intra company visa transfer and planning to apply for HSMP. Will this Interim cap introduced in July 17th applicable for me?

Apologize.. I mean UK Tier 1 General Visa category.

If iam not wrong, Tier 1 is different from ICT. Your application will be considered as new applicant for Tier 1.

If you are already in the UK, then this cap will not be applicable to you. However, if you apply on or after 19 July then you have to tot-up 100 points instead of 95. See link on UKBA website.
