chances are that your application is currently under the consideration. it usually takes around 3 months for the garda report to come back. if you submitted all the docs with your application they didn't need to request any new docs from you. just make sure to notify them if you change your address.

Hi,
Just wanted to let you know guys that I received letter approving my LTR in last week of March this year. My timeline is as follows
Applied:19/09/2008
Ack: 15/01/2009
Approved:31/03/2010

INIS did not ask for any additional/extra documents than what I orginally sent them at the time of applying for LTR, though I updated them with my latest P60 and PS21 early this year.

Regards
Jangs

Hi,
I applied: Jan 2009
Ack: Feb 2009
New doc. requested June 2010
I would suggest to send them copies of yours up-to-date Stamp 1 or 4 and Visa because they do require your registration to be up-to-date.
Regards

I'd encourage you to enter your details on the "Residency Stamps" Tab of http://www.editgrid.com/user/scrudu/citizenship_apps so you can keep track of your and others progress

Thank you All for your replies, I guess I will wait another couple of weeks & then send them my current stamp and garda card copy. Don't understand whats taking them so long,

Right now the process time is 12-14 weeks as I checked on the INIS site & ppl who applied earlier are still delayed, totally a strange and slow system.

Congrats to you Jangs! nice one

Neo725 did you get it now or you are waiting still? What documents did they request if you dont mind me asking?

hi,
I am still waiting :)
They only requested copies of my up-to-date stamp 4( for one year one) and Visa. But I posted the copy of my last registration card too.
