What are the chances with SOLVIT?

Post by ST701 » Wed Jul 14, 2010 12:20 pm

Hello People,

I am a non EU spouse of an EU national. I have been refused the entry visa 2 months ago. After which we had approached SOLVIT , who took our case. Since the 10 weeks SOLVIT`s deadline is almost about to get over, I want to know what are my chances to get this sorted out by SOLVIT as my case is a clear breach of my movement of freedoms right? Is there anything we could do if SOLVIT doesnt find a solution?

Many Thanks,

ST

You didn't give us any details regarding your case. Which member state? Which member state's SOLVIT? Why do you think it is a clear breach of your rights? etc.

Using two accounts now and having deleted all previous messages of yours? Sorry, but I believe you are abusing this forum.

I find it a little annoying that you do not want to share any information, but you want help.

But the answer to your question is: Yes - in two cases I have been directly involved with, Solvit provided critical coordination work in solving the problem.

The 10 weeks with SOLVIT are over however there is no progress. the contact at SOLVIT says we still working on it however there is no assurance of when they find a solution for me. Is there anything I can do as SOLVIT was my last hope.
Without knowing any details I think there's no-one here to help. You're on your own I'm afraid....
