so u are lucky man ...u should be happy ...just pay the correct fee which is £735 and send it again ...using NCS ..is the best way ;) welll ..and good luck ...i applied the 14th May and i'm still waiting !!! wish u ,will not wait as much as i did ..and still ;)

joelondon, it is not that he is lucky, the UKBA didn't have choice but to give the money back as it was their mistake in the first place..they published a document on their website with incorrect visa fees!!! Now they have corrected their mistake!
