Health care, schools, and universities for dependent kids

Hi
1. Do dependents entering on Tier 1 General have access to phblic health care and schools.
2. Dependent kid who will be 18 after one year of entering will he/ she classified as home student or international student

1. Yes.
2. Until you are granted settled status, dependent entering university to study will have to pay international fees.
