1. Yes you can, if your company agrees to send you with the Tier 1 visa you already have. They will be vary, because they won't want to pay for your flight tickets and accommodation, so that you can find another job and move out.

If you are asking if you can keep quiet about your Tier 1 and let them apply for your Tier 2 and go, be informed that at one time an applicant can hold only one valid visa. So your Tier 1 will stand cancelled when your Tier 2 is issued.

2. Yes, your wife and child can travel with a tourist visa.

3. No there is no other way.

Tourist visa's are granted upto 6 months and 12 months in some cases.

Hi,
It would be highly unlikely for the dependents of a Tier 1 visa to get a tourist visa. It would be misconstrued that u are trying to circumvent the maintenance funds criteria. To wait until ur maintenance funds are in order and then apply for dependent visas would be the safest bet.
