verification questions+informing employer about applied visa

hi gurus, experts and seniors,

i have filed my tier 1 general application last week. i got my salary slips signed and stamped from finance manager of my company telling him that i want to take my dad to uk for medical treatment. i did not tell him that I am applying for tier 1 general visa of the uk as he is chairman's man and he would have told this to the chairman without wasting a minute. chairman would not obviously want any of his employee to leave and would have ordered finance manager not to verify the documents if he receives any such call.

Now i am confused that if someone from BHC calls the finance manager, would they be telling the finance manager that i have applied for an immigration or work visa?

secondly, what questions will BHC people ask from finance manager?

looking forward to a detailed list of questions from experts that can be asked in a verification call.

as per the various posts that i have gone through in this forum the questions asked by BHC are generic like the canadidates start date, salary verification, company profile etc..

however i wonder that even if someone would have listed you the exact set of questions then would that have helped you in anyways as you could not tell your employer to be ready for those questions or have stopped BHC from asking any specific one..my point is that now since you have submitted your application just relax as things are not in your control...take it easy..things will work out..good luck!!
