Not sure why you thought it a good idea to start two difference topics, each giving partial information, but I have now pulled it all together.the FLR(M) FORM that is.
my husband started working 8th june, i recived 2 more JSA payments then, and now stopped, it was single allowance, as he is not allowed any public funds, i may have to give the 2 payments back, which i have an appointment with the jobcentre next week, however im not sure if this would reject his visa??
we both have over 3k in each of our accounts, and he is now working albeit low wage, roughly £800 a month after tax, * depends on hours), his first wage slip, which is all we have atm, was less than that. we also live with my parents, we dont pay any bills.
would we be ok in getting the spouse visa through??
It is income based. Not sure why you thought it a good idea to start two difference topics, each giving partial information, but I have now pulled it all together.
At this time I merely ask this. The JSA you are claiming, what type of JSA is that? Is it contribution-based or income-based? IF it is contribution-based then it is not within the definition of Public Funds, and your entitlement continues even though your husband is now working.
But if it is income-based then yes, it is Public Funds, and your entitlement would be knocked-out by your husband working.
You need to show that the place is not overcrowded, as defined. Merely listing the number of people sleeping in the bedrooms is not sufficient to prove the point.its a 4 bed house, with 8 people
I did not invent this question. It is clearly there in Housing Legislation, to determine whether a place is overcrowded or not.So not counting any Spam, bathroom or bathroom, whatever their size, how many rooms in the place exceed 50 sq feet in size? Yes you may need to grab a tape measure.
