I came here couple of days ago and I remember reading post my Kiwigirl were she was saying that her solicitor received a letter from BIA. I dont seem to find that post now- was I having a dream about it? or perhaps Kiwigirl deleted it? I am kind of confused now - I hope I was not hallucinating
yes, there were quite few people who waited over 30 weeks. I coppied a list from page 23 of this forum and as you can see at the top of the list, some applicants waited 30-37 weeks. unfortunately, one of the applications was refused even after 31 weeks, but lets hope that all remaining applications will get a go ahead.
