Tier 1 (HSM) - New Born Baby

Post by majic » Sat Jul 10, 2010 6:15 am

Hi Everyone,

I am on Tier 1 (General - Highly Skill Migrant) visa here in the UK along with my family. Got my extension in May 2010 so my visa is valid till May 2013.

Earlier this year we had birth of a child and now I have got his passport from my native country's embassy so I would like to apply for his visa.

Can you please guide as to what documents need to be sent along with his visa to the Home Office to get his visa stamped.

Regards

It will be a Tier 1 (General) dependent application, so arrange documents accordingly.

Yes, you have to send your passport as well. I am in the same condition and i called home office to clarify this. They said i would have to send the original passport.
