Hi, just beed to know when can i apply for bc as

entry to uk as student. Feb 2005
granted 2 yearLlrspouse. June 2008
granted ilr. June 2010

You do not tell us about your spouse. You have ILR but that could be because your spouse is British or it could mean that they have "settled status".

If your spouse is British then it could well be the case that you can apply for Naturalisation now. Just make sure that you were physically in the UK exactly 3 years before UKBA will receive the Naturalisation application.
