Is police clearance certificate from India required for jobs in Uk?>
I got t1g and wanted to know if PCC is required b4 i fly

Only if you work some specific emplyers like Police etc. But certainly not before you fly.

You can get you PCC done from Indian consulate in 15 pounds.

On the issue of police clearance, do initial applicants need to include police clearance certificates in their application?

I can't find any references saying that it is or isn't required when applying.

I have no idea if you have read what question was asked (even that was not necessary question) and where you integrate that question now....
