Tier 1 (G) query

Post by bruteforce » Wed Jul 21, 2010 11:32 am

hello everyone!

just a lil question about Tier 1(G). Is it possible to apply for tier 1 as self employed where there r 2 tax years r involved. Ill make it simple here. I wanna show earnings from August 2009 to July 2010. Now my question is, i have'nt yet filed my tax return for year 2009-2010. So would that be alright to apply for visa in this situation? I expect a quick reply from seniors please.

Many thank once again!

If you can atleast submit 2 Documentable - Acceptable - Reportable evidences in original (or attested, as applicable) for ur claim, then the answer is YES.

the documents u mention would be 'the acceptable and reportable evidence ' - i.e u can use 2 from those and not worry about tax return

If you dont have tax return then show alternative evidence of work carried out and income gained.
