Equivalent to UK Bachelor Degree

Dear All,

I have Masters degree from European country and 2 years before i sent my M.Sc degree documents to NARIC people and after their assessment they certified that my Masters degree is considered comparable to British bachelor (Honours) degree standard.

Does the certificate from NARIC is sufficient to claim 10 points under English language skills or else still i have to take the IELTS exam to claim the points under language skills.
