I'm just giving you my personal experience so i could be wrong...but in my personal opinion i think it should be okay. I applied for my PSW visa early this month and was in exactly the same boat. I was also worried because my bank statements just had my initials and surname....but then in addition i got the bank letter which at least had my first and last name in full so that made me feel alot more confident. Just make sure all other details in the statements as required by the ukba guidance are there (in addition to name) like account number, date, transactions etc ( can't remember what else they needed to be there). and i think it should be okay. all the best

I realised today that my bank statements do no show my full name.
My surname is Pang
My forename is Yin Yang.
My bank statements only show Mr Y Pang.
Should I be worried about this?
I do have a letter from my bank about my account which shows my full name and my account number. Is this sufficient?
Thank you.
i'm not a professional, i'm just giving responses from personal experiences or from ukba or ukcisa links that appear appropriate to the situation. currently on PSW visa
