hi , does anybody know if I can bring my brother over on a work visa. he has 15 years experiance as restaurant manager at large resort in abu dhabi. i have a friend who owns a restaurant who wants to employ him. he is willing to write supporting letter saying employment details,pay etc for visa purposes. is this enough or what else is needed. any help would be gr8.

Needs to:

1. Be on skills shortage list

2. No local candidate suitable

3. No EU candidate suitable.

4. Has to have advertised the role in UK and EU

5. If Tier 2 employer needs to have a sponsor licence

6. If Tier 1 employee needs to have a NARIC recognised BA degree or better and pass the previous earnings test.


So, not easy!
