Tier 1 - general/ is dependent affected by the limit

Post by umtstest » Mon Jul 26, 2010 5:16 am

Hi
I am planning to apply for tier 1 general and once I have received the visa then apply to my family. Please are dependents included in the cap or I can apply for them any time until April 2011 if I have received the receive myself. Can one point to the specific rule

Thanks

There will be no cap on dependant applications.

No interim limits will be applied to
People who are already in the United Kingdom; and•
Dependants of Tier 1 applicants•
People applying for entry clearance under any Tier 1 route other than Tier 1 (General)

thanks aruni4470 for clarifying this. This mean I can apply for them after I receive mine.
