He wouldn't be sent back to Ireland, maybe back to Hong Kong though, if he is present in the UK without valid leave if he requires it.. and I think he does, being that it appears, from what you have said, that the mother did not pursue economic activity in Ireland for at least 6 months prior to her return to the UK.m4nn wrote:very little with a few payslips.
