ILR application

My company that I had my work permit went into administration on 29.6.2010

The new company is a bit fuss to send in the Technical Change of Employment .

I have applied for ILR before the the liquidation date re 6.6.2010 and my complete 5 years is on 7.7.2010.

I have moved several firm -please see below

Can I go back to my previous previous firm (I,e the 2nd firm see below) and work with them- with them I still have a valid WP until Jan 2011.

4th firm
5th firm

All previous leave to enter/remain under sponsorship from previous employers are now invalid. You can work with only one employer - one who has sponsored your current leave to enter/remain.

In other words, your current employer and, if the new management wishes to retain you and are required to sponsor a change in employment application to do so, they must.
