Applying Dependent VISA

HI All,

I have a question related to dependent VISA, in the section [ 5.1 Is your partner accompanying you or joining you later?] in vaf9 form, i had selected " NO ", as i was not clear with fund maintainence for my wife. I had already applied for the VISA yesterday as main applicant

my question is " Can i still eligible to apply depedent VISA for my wife within 12 months ? " if i can show funds for both myself and for my wife for 3 months ?

Please let me know , my wife is more worried than me :) ?

Yes dependants can apply for their visa anytime as long as you can show the evidence of maintenance funds. This is a very common practice where applicants mention "NO" in the application and later apply for their dependants soon after getting their own visa.
