Received Tier 1 General...need guidance

Received Tier 1 General...need guidance

Hi,
I applied for Tier 1 General(HSMP) on 14th july 2010 from PUNE,INDIA.

Today(30th July 2010) i have received my Tier 1 General (HSMP)VISA stamped on passport. Following are the observation mentioned on the VISA

1.No recourse of Public fund
2.No employment as a doctor OR dentist in training.

Is my VISA is valid with this observations ? Also is UK VISA office will send some letter along with Stamped Passport ? I not received any letter from UK VISA office.

Hey Patil,

dont worry, your VISA is nice and good, no worries on that.

And Home office will not send any letter or anything.
All you need for your travel is ur VISA and its stamped on ur passport.
So, enjoy and pack you bags for UK man ... :D

Don't get me wrong. This proves that you are ignorant about the contents of the guidance.

The guidance asks for maintenance funds of 2800 GBP (for main applicant) as he/she has no access to state benefits (public funds) and need to look after themselves till they get a job or during their stay with this money. It is not that the money has to be maintained for 3 months and then one could withdraw it and spend it over. That is not the spirit of the guidance.

It is paining to see a lot of applicants posting queries without actually reading the guidance and prefix or suffixing URGENT in the subject line.

Agree! The guidance clearly mentions conditions applying to applicants.

what documents needed at airport

what documents needed at the uk airport. i am travelling from india with tier 1 just stamped. do we have to carry bank statement, chest x-ray etc
