Can one person claim income points from two jobs? one job is full time and other is part time.

Yes as long as both incomes acceptable by the HO and you have proper documentation from both like salary slips and your tax documents account for both incomes. There are other incomes like dividend which will not accepted.

Do they accept yearly bonus?
I mean, if salary is 25k + ( 5K bonus, paid yearly).

Its a part of your salaried income and it is taxed, so yes.
