Dependent visa for wife, Main Applicant husband Job change

Hi,

I applied for my wife's dependent visa as a dependent of Tier 1 general migrant from Karachi. And I (main applicant) has switched jobs. The current application status is "Your application has been forwarded to Islamabad OC".
Do i need to inform the Islamabad embassy as well as UAE embassy about the change of job?
Will they accept any new documents ?
Does any one know the fax numbers where i can forward my new job letter to both Islamabad and Dubai ?

Main applicants job change is not an issue when you apply for dependent.. mainly the Maintenance documents and relation proof are required to be perfect
