ILR - Economic Activity

Post by salars » Wed Aug 04, 2010 1:55 pm

Hello,

Does one need to be economically active/employed while making an ILR application [Edit: Tier 1]. Is it ok if only the dependent is employed and not the main applicant?
Many thanks
Sal

Economically active means u have to be earning .... that means in job or doing business etc for past 3 3-6 months.

Better to apply when u have a job or earning for at least 3 months ...

I dont think you can show dependants earning as an income as the entire application is based on you. (Can some one senior comment on this plz)
