Duties undertaken
• Maintenance of books of accounts
• Preparation of monthly financial statement / MIS report, preparation of variance report.
• Financial analysis of these reports, preparation of client invoice as per contractual agreement.
• Follow up for payment from debtors, local vendor payment as per LVC & payment schedule,
• Invoicing, follow up on payment.
• Visits to check site physical stock inventory check, verify with stock register/ BIN card, preparation of site report, check site petty cash.
• Compliance of all company documentation / system, rectification & corrective measure.
• Make Bank Reconciliation statement every month.
• Make a Trial Balance every month.
• Prepare Budget Accounting reports three monthly.
• Tax budgeting and preparation of account statement for year ending.
• Preparation of Ledgers, Profit and loss statements for Auditing
• Make Final Accounts (Balance Sheet, Receipts and Pay¬ments, Income & Expenditure Accounts) annually.
• Reporting to Chief Financial Officer.
• Supervision of the assistant accountants.
