Info req on Online form for PBS Tier 2 ICT dependant visa

Hi,

My partner works in UK with a Tier 2 Intra Compan Transfer visa.
I currently work in USA with H1B visa and want to apply for dependant visa and travel to UK. So I am filling my online application and I need information on below to select the correct visa type for applying.

What should be the Purpose of application and Type of application.
I gave it as
Purpose of Application : PBS tier 2 Sponsered Skilled Workers
Type of Application : Tier 2 Partner

Is this correct. Please guide.

Remember you also have to complete appendix form 10 (by hand, not online).

This is the US specific site I am using for applying the dependant visa.
Here it is mentioned to do the application Online and send the supporting document.

Can somehow help me regarding this, who has applied tier 2 dependant visa from USA.
