Hi Everyone,
I am on HSMP(tier1 genral from india),i am recently married and i want my mother and wife to assist me in uk, as my mother is widow there is no source of income for her except me , i dont have any brothers or sisters.
Please suggest me how can i bring them and what are the documents needed for them to apply them for a dependent visa.. i came to uk a month ago and i also have a job here, recently joined.(software professional).

Unfortunately, there are no provisions in the Immigration rules for your mother to come as your dependant, until you are granted settlement.
