I'm applying from Israel, I don't think there is something called "certified translator" here in Israel, usually a notary does that.
If I submit Notarized Translations (signed and stamped by the notary), will they accept it?
The notary is is lawyer which is have notary certificate, you think that is enough?
I need to submit my application very soon so I don't have time to call the conulate
