Will debt management plan effect on extension of Tier 1 Gene

Hi
I'm going to seek an advice from a debt management company for my debts, if i get approval will this effect on my Tier1 General extension or any dependent visa in future.

I guess if you are referring to Bankruptcy it will affect your application for ILR / Citizenship. I am not too sure if it will have any implication for your application in Tier 1 G category though wait for others to respond to your query.

It won't be bankruptcy, its only an agreement to pay the debt in 5 years.

It shouldn't matter. It only matters when you file for Bankruptcy
