Getting Job in UK

I am software professional with 8 years of experience in .NET and I also have experience in SharePoint. I visited UK for 2 months through my company for short term work. I am earning 10 lakhs PA in India. I am qualifying for PBS Tier1 visa. Before applying I want to know about the job market in UK. Averagely how much time will it take to get a job in UK for my experience?. Please give me some tips and suggestion

Dont just join a forum and post an ambiguous question. For a guy with 8yrs exp who cant do such a basic task and then ask such a vague question, its best to stay where you are and earn Rs 10 lakhs - no hope for you here mate

@ Kathirveld--Brother..on a serious note you should not be asking just a unguided missile like question where you dont tell us your objective.."just getting a job" is a worldwide problem and no one might be able to give you an apt answer...so as suggested above "search" the forum as there are several posts and even then if you dont get a proper guidance or idea ..help us to help you by telling what kind of role you are looking for, your specific skill set, salary constraints/expectations, any specific place you prefer in the UK etc etc for which i believe the answers will again be avaibale on this forum...go on the job portals look out for the openings that interests you & suits you ..look out the number of openings in that area as that might help as well to get a rough idea...but of course you have to get your tier1 first to apply for those jobs...maybe then we can actually be of any help..and believe me Kenfrapin, wanderer and other members of this forum has all the right intentions to help..its just that we can't help without knowing the facts and can't spend a whole load of time on already answered or vague questions..its just that my project is kindda light these days so i can write up such lenghty posts
