Income support and Holiday

Post by raam123 » Wed Aug 11, 2010 5:57 pm

I just want to ask please if you receive Income support with Incapacity benefit with lower rate disability benefit, with hosuing and council tax benefit, are you allowed to go on a holiday? and for how long? would benefit is stopped or reduced?

i was thinking going for a three weeks? would i be adviced to tell the jobcentre or that would case too much hassle and troubles? knowing that this is first time i travel ever from about 5 years?

would i be asked by airport officers when leaving or coming back esp i dnt hold british passport yet?(ON ILR currently stateless travel document)
thanks for all advice.
