I applied for ILR Via Birmingham PEO for me and 2 dependants and here is the documents they asked for.


Latest p60
3 months Payslip
Childs birth certificate
marriage Certificate.
Employer Letter.
Set o application form
2 Photograps for each person


The service @ PEO was good and professional. Thank you for everyone in this forum for guidance.

have you been asked just one P60..? did they ask you for P60 when you're on Workpermit..?

Just the latest P60. They dint ask any questions on WP.

Re: First Name Last name.


I am writing to confirm that mr. First name Last name is permanently employed by Company Name in the Role of Job title.


mr FirstLast name has been employed since month Year.


He is employed at rate of salary per annum payable monthly in arrears.

In the time that mr last name has been employed at Company name. I can for see no reason why mr last name shall not be employed with company name for the forseeable future.

I really think it depends on individual case worker.

Child was born in india.

Prepared for worst and hoped for best.
