Bit of a strange question, but hopefully some of you wiser people wil be able to help.
I'm sponsoring someone to come over on a tourist visa. My dad owns the property that we are staying in, but it's part of the hotel that he owns. I asked him for the deeds to the property to show the ECO but he says that they are at the bank in an agreement that the business has an overdraft. I'm now wondering how on earth I'm supposed to prove that my Dad ons the property and that we have permission to stay there if the deeds are not available to show. The property has no morgage so I can't show proof of payment either. The only thing I have is a brochure, and a letter from my father on headed paper from the business, and a utility bill with proof of address. Grrrrr, i'm well aware the the visitors visa is going to be difficult enough to get as it is without things like this complicating things...
Any help would be wonderful, thank you.
