Hi , I was out of UK for 91 days from 1 Apr 07 - 30 June 07 - for work..

Will that be ok if I have to put my application for ILR.

Can you please advise?

If these are also departure / arrival dates, then the end points must be excluded from the calculation, yielding 89 days of absences from the UK.

I think that it should be ok provided that you can:
- get a letter from your employer confirming business purpose of your trip; and
- show a proof that you were still get paid in the UK during this time.

SW, it might help if you told us the basis of the ILR application that you will be making. That is, what is your current visa?

Thanks for your replies - I am on Tier 1 at the moment, before this I was on a work permit and before this was on SEGS visa - which I am not counting.
