UK PR rules for Tier 1 migrant if I have to work outside UK

I am a Tier 1 migrant and I work for an Indian Service Provider on their UK payroll. Though I am currently working in the UK, I might be asked to work for projects outside UK, within Europe. If that situation arises, i will be travelling to another European country for 1 or 2 weeks on come back for weekend back to the UK, then travel back. Will it anyway affect my PR process or should I have to seek any approval from UK border agency so i don't get into trouble when I apply my PR. Please advice.
