Tier 1 General application questions

Hi,

I am planning to apply to Tier 1 General Visa from outside UK for the first time. I find Application forms to be confusing:


1. A2-A3 = Do I leave the UK addresses fields blank?

2. B9 - Marital status - This is my second marriage, do I need to mark both "divorced" and "married" or do I state only the "married"?

4. D11 - "What is the applicant’s current immigration status in the United Kingdom?" Should I say N/A or leave it blank?

5 D15 - "When does the applicant’s current leave expire?" - Leave blank? State N/A?

You are finding it confusing because you are looking at the wrong forms.

You need to fill in the below forms when applying outside UK
